SPECIAL ORDERS:
All listed products are stock items. Special products
can be manufactured to customer specifications. Ten working days
are required for delivery. Ordering and pricing information are
available on request. Special order merchandise may not be returned.

MINIMUM ORDER:
Orders are accepted in amounts of $25 or more.
A $5 processing fee is added to orders in smaller amounts.

TERMS:
Customer compliance with the following business practices enable KENAD
to offer excellent service at prices below those of major competitors:
Net 30 days. One percent discount allowed on payments postmarked
within 15 days of invoice date. Shipments for accounts more than
45 days past due are placed on credit hold. Shipments for accounts
more than 60 days old are handled on a C.O.D. basis only. New
account orders are shipped C.O.D. pending credit approval. A
handling charge of $2 is added to all orders.

SHIPPING:
KENAD prices are F.O.B. Memphis TN. Orders are
shipped prepaid with shipping charges added to invoices. A $10
charge is added to all drop shipments.

MERCHANDISE EXAMINATION:
Customers should examine shipments
on receipt to ensure that contents are as specified on packing
lists. Shortage claims must be made within five days of receipt
of order.

LIMITED WARRANTY:
KENAD products are warranted for 90 days from date
of invoice as to quality and workmanship. Defective merchandise
will be repaired or replaced at KENAD’s option. Any implied
warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness
for a particular use, which arise out of the sale of KENAD products
are limited to 90 days from date of invoice. These written warranties
are given in lieu of any implied warranties, including warranties
of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Specifications may be changed to comply to more
current standards.

RETURNED GOODS POLICY:
Merchandise may be returned – with prior
authorization only -- within 60 days of receipt of order. Return
authorization numbers must appear on packages being returned.
Original invoice copies must accompany all returns. Packages
returned without return authorization numbers will be refused.
Other than in cases involving KENAD error, a 25 percent restocking
charge will be made for all returns. No merchandise may be returned
beyond the 60-day period specified above.
