never 'Mister.'

As founder, CEO and jack of all trades at Kenad, I want to solicit
your comments on our products, our services, and our people.
We do the best we can to keep all of them in tip top shape in
order to best serve you and our other customers.

But it's difficult to do that without your help. As often as
not, I'm on the road visiting customers. So I can't see, hear
and know everything that's done by every member of the Kenad
team. Like me, they're human. We all make mistakes. Our goals
at Kenad are to correct the mistakes and, in the process, find
out why they happened and see that they never happen again.
